How We Work
Every engagement at Hephario starts with the principal engineer. When a project requires additional depth — specific platform expertise, parallel workstreams, or surge capacity — we extend the team from our engineering reserve. We maintain a network of vetted senior engineers who operate under the same quality and confidentiality standards as the core team.
We Look For
5+ years in systems engineering, embedded development, computer vision, or high-performance computing.
Degree in CS, EE, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent. Practical delivery track record matters most.
You reason about memory layouts, cache lines, and instruction pipelines — not just APIs and frameworks.
Self-directed, remote-first, project-based. Ownership from architecture through deployment.
